Company Capabilities
Our Kaitaia, Kerikeri and Paihia offices undertake all types of work
relating to survey, land development, resource management and town planning. For expertise in matters
where greater depth is required than can be provided in-house, we commonly rely on specialist consultants
with whom we enjoy an excellent relationship.
The Resource Management Act 1991 requires a detailed
standard and quantum of delivery of information both to clients and consent agencies. For this reason
we have developed templates for the Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) for both subdivision and
land uses. The practical planning experience of our staff achieve our, and your, direction. The provision
of submissions from our offices are directed towards presentations of high technical, creative and individual
quality.
Our combined offices have a major base of land and marine survey experience with skilled
practitioners in most fields. The senior and staff surveyors are supported by technicians whose standings
are graded. Work is allocated according to expertise so that the most economical cost system can be devised
for clients.
Modern electronic fieldbooks and instrumentation used in conjunction with sophisticated
computers and software have made it possible for topographic and engineering plans to be prepared at
a much faster speed and with a greater degree of certainty than has previously been possible.
Each
office has a Leica Geosystems Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Two of these systems are also GLONASS
capable. Global positioning uses satellite technology and is one of the most significant technical advances
in the surveying and mapping industry in recent years. The possibilities and scope of GPS surveys are
immense: for any area - from a paddock to a continent; any line of any length. We can tackle any job
whether stationary or moving.

The Company, partners and staff are involved in the management of projects
for clients. This can involve all development matters up to sales stage. Regular reporting and budgeting
is a fundamental part of our management procedure. The consultancy has the necessary qualifications and
experience to undertake this type of work.
