We can only be as good as our staff.
We believe we have a stable and loyal workforce who
can cope with all survey tasks set for us in a friendly and supportive environment. Since starting in
Kawakawa in the early 1980s we have increased our numbers from three (Registered Surveyor Chris Gilkison
- retired 1998 - technician and administration) to our present complement. We have staff who joined us
when they left school, had their overseas experience and returned. Others plan on returning. We have
very little trouble securing new staff - must be Northland!

utilising global positioning systems and liaison with outside agencies.
